Safe
Quality Control :
At SAMERIKA we continually update our manufacturing technics. We undertake rigorous testing to upgrade methods of safe construction, and ensure that the safes offers best possible resistance against the sophisticated tools used by criminals.
Strong Body :
Body is made of high quality, BIS certified steel as per IS 2062. Construction of outer and inner body is of multi bend technology and fully welded to make it single solid structure. Our safes are armoured with special double duty barrier material to resist brutal attack by modern tools. The body thickness on all five sides is 110 mm including barrier material, which offers massive resistance to attacks of power drill, sledge hammer, chisel and impact tools. For higher category TRTL(torch and tool resistance) safes like BB, A, AA and AAA special casted alloy plate in addition to double duty barrier material.is used.
Door :
Door is given superior protection as it is the most frequently attacked portion of the safe. Constructed in single piece multi bend monolithic construction. Barrier consists of different layers of double duty barrier material and Alloy plates. Drill, hammer and oxy- acetylene resistance hard alloy material and double duty barrier material is sandwiched between tough steel plates. Thickness of door is 110 mm over lock and other vital parts
Locks :
Two Superior quality, dual control, 8 levers, unpickable, BIS certified lock having stainless steel keys in duplicate are fitted as standard fitment.
Additional U.L listed imported three-wheel combination lock, which offers a choice of nearly million combinations can be fitted in place of one key lock. Buyer has the option of buying electronic combination lock instead of mechanical combination lock at an extra cos
Shooting Bolts :
Safe door have heavy 35mm stainless steel sliding bolts that extend from two side evenly spaced to secure the door behind solid jamb box. Number of bolts varies according to size of the safes. The locking mechanism is operated by a handle on an impact resistant shaft. Locking mechanism is controlled by unpickable 8 leavers dual control key lock and keyless combination lock.
Time Locks :
Safes from 48 to 72 can be fitted with U.L listed time lock with multiple clock movements.
Auto Relocking Device :
Our safes are fitted with auto relocking device always on guard. Auto locking device comes in to action if lock is dislodged by explosives or attacked by any other means through the key hole.

|---|---|---|
| C | TL 30 DTL 10*5 FR 30 | Door with tool resistance of 30 minutes, other 5 sides with tool resistance of 10 minutes & safe with fire resistance of 30 minutes. |
| BB | TRTL 15*6 | Torch & tool resistance of 15 minutes on all the 6 sides. |
| A | TRTL 30*6 | Torch & tool resistance of 30 minutes on all the 6 sides. |
| AA | TRTL 60*6 | Torch & tool resistance of 60 minutes on all the 6 sides. |
Technological developments has resulted brutal and more organised attacks. Manufacturing of safes before 1987 didnot have wherewithall to resist attack by modern day tools. In recent years tools used for robberies have become techanically advanced. For better resistence from torch and tool, customer has to shift from class “C” to “BB” , “A” & “AA” which helpas you deter advanced threats and assures you peace of mind.
