Construction of Door :
Door is constructed from M.S steel of more than 270 mpa. Total thickness of door over lock is 105 mm. composed of torch and drill resistant alloy and cementitious material. Thickness of door and alloy plates will change as per class C, B, A, AA and AAA door class.
Door Frame :
Tough tested quality M.S steel plate of more than 270 mpa. Is used for door frame. Constructed and bend from single piece 10 mm steel sheet the door frame is strongly welded to make single frame structure for strength and rigidity
Bolt Work and Locking MECHANISM :
The door is provided with 38 mm stainless steel shooting bolts 6 nos. each at front and rear. Shooting bolts slide behind the tough rebate of the frame clenching the door strongly in door frame. The movement of the handle activates these bolts movement through strong mechanism. This strong mechanism is guarded with two nos. high security, dual control, A4 type, BIS certified locks. Keys are stainless steel and supplied in two sets. Additionally, one U.L certified mechanical three-wheel Combination Lock can also be fitted with customer’s request.
Ventilating Grill Gate :
Grill Gate is constructed with heavy round bars welded on strong frame of 5 mm thick steel plate, and secured with lock operating on both sides provided with stainless keys in duplicate. This door is used as day gate when door is open during working hours.

Standard Samerika Doors are right hung, however we can supply non- standard doors as per customers specifications & requirement. We provide accessories such as a tang bars, Emergency door, combination locks etc. at extra cost
