Strong Body :
Body is made of hogh quality steel with multi blends and fully welded to make it monolithics in construction and forms an integral wholw, SAMERIKA safes are armored with special double duty barrier material and wlded still grill that is packed between outer and inner body steel casings. The body thickness on all five sides is 100 mm including barrier material, which offers massive resistence to attacks of power drill, sledge hammer, chisel and impact tools.
Door :
Door is given superior protection as it is the most frequently attacked portion of the safe. IT is made of special, drill, hammer and oxy- acetelence resistance hard material and alloy plate, sandwitched between tough steel plates. Door is 67 mm, thick over lock and other vital parts. The lock is further protected by drill resistance plate.
Locks :
Samerika safes are fitted with superior quality dual control 10 levers unpickble beasses lock having stainless steel keys in duplicate. additional U.L listed imported three wheel combination lock which offers a choice of nearly million combinations for setting and resetting. Buyer has the option of buying electronic combination lock instead of mechnical combination lock at an extra cost.
Shooting Bolts :
Safe have heavy 32mm sliding bolts that extend from two side and evenly spaced to secure the door behind solid jamb box. Number of bolts varies according to size of the safes. The locking mechanisam is operted by a handle on an impact resistant shaft. Locking mechanism is controlled by unpickable 10 leavers dual control key lock and keyless combination lock.
Time Locks :
Safes from 48 to 72 can be fitted with U.L listed time lock with multipla clock movements.
Auto Relocking Device :
SAMERIKA’S safes are fitted with auto relocking device, which comes int to action if lock is dislodged by explosives or attacked by any other means through the key hole.
